The Consultation: You’ll be put in touch with the chef to discuss your preferences. Whether you want a traditional four-course "Cucina Povera" feast, a fresh seafood extravaganza, or a specific dietary-friendly menu, the choice is yours.
You agree the menu and the budget with the chef direct - we simply put you in contact with the trusted chef and you take over from there.
The Preparation: The chef arrives with the freshest local ingredients sourced from the markets that morning.
The Service: Sit back with a glass of Bolgheri wine while your chef prepares the feast. Relax as the aromas of garlic, rosemary, and handmade pasta fill the air.
The Clean-up: The chef leaves the kitchen sparkling clean, leaving you to enjoy the rest of your evening.
